Refund Policy

Upon arrival at our warehouse all returned items are inspected. If your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Notice:

The real shipping cost are far more expensive than the amount we charge. i.e.(EXP: The EMS Rates:$20 is not the real shipping expence). We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 80 percent.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Exchange Policy

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, just contact us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to us(you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel order, please inform us through e-mail immediately, but according to our policies you have to pay 5% cancellation fee for Payment refunding handing fee. However, if the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order for you. Hope your understand. If we have sent the order, we can not accept cancellation. And you still want to cancel, you need to pay our lose. So please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you have any idea about the order, they will deal with your questions patiently, and do their best to satisfy your demand. Thanks!
